Tom has been a mediator for over a decade and started PersuasionPoint Mediation Services in September 2019. He is currently on the San Diego Superior Court panel and is also retained by attorneys in the community, many of whom have litigated cases with him. Tom's mediation style is both evaluative and facilitative. He combines his decades of legal expertise with principles of emotional intelligence and listening skills to connect with the parties to make them feel comfortable with the mediation process. Tom strives to make participants feel that the process was fair, that they obtained a successful result and that they "had their day in court."
